As a company owned by the Daimler Group (Mercedes-Benz) for 12 years, we understand and are familiar with the challenges of managing and coordinating international risks.As a result, we were chosen by our peers to become part of two international networks:

A unique journey since our inception

  • 1991 - Creation of Théorème through the merger of existing brokerage firms, whose founders decided that they needed to join forces in order to be able to provide their clients with a truly professional service.
  • 1994 – Daimler Group acquires a stake in the company..
  • 1997 Daimler becomes majority shareholder of Théorème.
  • 2000 - The Specialisation in P&C with the last of the personal risks transferred.
  • 2006 – Daimler Group ceases to be a shareholder and continues to trust us (to this day) as a broker for France. The managers are the owners of the company.
  • 2007 - Acquisition of HRA Europe – a broker specialising in short-term rental.
  • 2012 - Creation of theAnnecy office.
  • 2013 - Creation of the Martinique office.
  • 2019 - Acquisition of CIF Entreprises - a broker specialising in human benefits.
  • 2020 - Sale of the Martinique office.
  • 2020 - Creation of the Nantes office.
